Non-standard doors are very complicated doors. They are for standard doors (standard doors are 2 meters high and 80 cm wide). The most important thing is that there is no fixed size and no fixed style. There seems to be a way to open the door. There are many kinds, which can be customized according to the requirements of customers.
When purchasing non-standard doors, the focus should be on checking the anti-theft performance and quality, and should be checked from the following key parts:
1. Check the performance and structure of the door lock
Choose the anti-drill lock, after the drill is drilled into the lock hole, the lock will rotate synchronously with the drill when it rotates, which can prevent the lock from being damaged. The lock requires a three-way locking structure, 3 hinges for a single door, 6 hinges for a double door, and a dark lock on the door leaf and door frame. Even if the hinges are chiseled, the door cannot be opened.
2. The number of locks on the door and the number of plugs
It is best to choose a door with 2 locks each controlling 2 plungers. Even if it can be destroyed, it will delay time. Generally speaking, one lock head can control 3 to 4 rods. Such a door has poor anti-theft performance. Once the lock head is damaged, several rods will lose their function at the same time.
3. Look at the thickness and area of the reinforcing plate around the lock
Non-standard doors are divided into two types: closed type and fence type in terms of structural design. No matter which one is selected, the lock is the main part of theft and damage, so the lock guard plate should be a cold steel plate with a thickness of more than 2 mm, and the height of the guard plate should be not less than 500 mm.
4. Look at the quality of the craftsmanship
The selection of non-standard door materials is fundamental, and the quality of the production process is the key. Special attention should be paid to checking whether there are welding defects, such as open welding, non-welding, missing welding, slag inclusion and so on. Check whether the door leaf and door frame are tightly matched, whether the gap is uniform, whether the opening is flexible, whether all joints are foraging, whether the paint plating is uniform, firm and smooth, etc.
5. Choose from the design
Non-standard doors on the market are divided into three categories: luxury, mid-range and ordinary. The luxury type panel material is stainless steel plate, the main frame is made of stainless steel square tube, and the flower decoration fence is made of stainless steel profiles; the mid-range type generally adopts a combination of square and round steel and flower decoration; the ordinary type uses square steel pipe, round steel and flat steel ( 16 × 4 mm) and other materials. Users can choose the type they like according to their own situation.
In addition, when installing non-standard doors, it is required to be fixed with expansion bolts and welded by electric welding, with no less than 8 fixing points and 4 on each side. In terms of maintenance, it is advisable to add oil to the door shaft and plunger every 3-6 months so that it can be opened flexibly, but do not add oil to the lock head to prevent dust from affecting the performance of the door lock.
